A season pass is a contractual privilege, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions recited herein, by which designated persons enter onto the club premises for the purpose of using and enjoying the available facilities. All season’s pass are non-equity and non participatory. A season’s pass does not imply any right or privilege to participate in or to administer the clubs business policies and does not create any vested. Proprietary, prescriptive, or easement right, or interest in land, the club, the facilities, or any of the club’s assets.
A pass holder acquires only a revocable license to use the facility.
The club shall have the right to suspend or terminate the privileges of any pass holder, without refunds, if the pass holder or pass holder’s guest engages in conduct that is deemed by the club to be likely to endanger the welfare, safety, harmony or good reputation of the club or its patrons or that is otherwise improper or illegal. The club shall be in the sole judge of what constitutes improper conduct shall include (i) violating club rules; (ii) damaging, destroying or stealing property of the club or of the guests or employees of the club. The club shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property used or stored on the club facilities.
